Piece of Mind

Same high quality as the rest of their leashes and I love this little guy for hikes. I want to keep her collar on for the GPS but I use her harness so it’s a more enjoyable experience for her. The added benefit of conjoining the collar and the harness gives me peace of mind that she’s not gonna break away .. as she has done prior.

Perfect backup!

Light weight, doesn’t get tangled, and I know it’ll keep my dog safe if the prong fails. You can attach one side to your dog’s flat collar and the other side to the dead ring on your prong or your leash. Either setup will have you still attached if the prong fails!

I’ve had my back-ups for about a week now and they’ve already been through the ringer! They’ve saved me from losing dogs already, and have been such a breeze to clean even the worst mud off of. Definitely would buy again!

Product Details

Prong back ups are a safety clip meant to be clipped from a secondary collar (not the prong) to your leash. If the prong fails or becomes undone, it's a safety device so your dog is not free from the leash.

disclaimer - always consult a professional when using a new training tool like a prong collar. These are best for medium to large size dogs as the prong backups may be too heavy for small dogs.
